Deuteronomy 16:16 Three times in a year all of your males shall appear at the face of Yahweh your Elohim in the place which he chooses: in the festival of unleavened breads (חַג הַמַּצּוֹת chag hamatsot), in the festival of weeks (חַג הַשָּׁבֻעוֹת chag hashavu’ot), and in the festival of booths (חַג הַסֻּכּוֹת chag hasukkot). They shall not appear at the face of Yahweh empty. 17 Every man shall give as he is able, according to Yahweh your Elohim’s blessing which he has given you.
