Used only once in Daniel 7:13,* בַר אֱנָשׁ son of enash (H1247 + H606) is an Aramaic term similar to the Hebrew בֶן־אָדָם ben adam (H1121 + H120) most often translated as “son of man” but is not the exact equivalent of it.
*Chapters 1–6 of the Book of Daniel were published mostly in Aramaic and chapters 7–12 were published mostly in Hebrew. Scholars have been unable to determine if the original Book of Daniel was written entirely in Hebrew or Aramaic.
