Shemot (Exodus) 37:1 - 38:20
37:1 Bezalel made the ark of shittim wood. Its length was two and a half cubits, and its width a cubit and a half, and a cubit and a half its height. 2 He overlaid it with pure gold inside and outside, and made a molding of gold for it around it. 3 He cast four rings of gold for it in its four feet—two rings on its one side, and two rings on its other side. 4 He made poles of shittim wood and overlaid them with gold. 5 He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to bear the ark. 6 He made a lid of pure gold. Its length was two and a half cubits, and a cubit and a half its width. 7 He made two keruvim of gold. He made them of beaten work, at the two ends of the lid: 8 one keruv at the one end, and one keruv at the other end. He made the keruvim of one piece with the lid at its two ends. 9 The keruvim spread out their wings above, covering the lid with their wings, and their faces [man toward brother]. The faces of the keruvim were toward the lid. 10 He made the table of shittim wood. Its length was two cubits, and its width was a cubit, and its height was a cubit and a half. 11 He overlaid it with pure gold, and made a gold molding around it. 12 He made a border of a hand's width around it, and made a golden molding on its border around it. 13 He cast four rings of gold for it, and put the rings in the four corners that were on its four feet. 14 The rings were close by the border, the places for the poles to carry the table. 15 He made the poles of shittim wood, and overlaid them with gold, to carry the table. 16 He made the vessels which were on the table, its dishes, its spoons, its bowls, and its pitchers with which to pour out, of pure gold. 17 He made the lampstand of pure gold. He made the lampstand of beaten work. Its base, its shaft, its cups, its buds, and its flowers were of one piece with it. 18 There were six branches going out of its sides: three branches of the lampstand out of its one side, and three branches of the lampstand out of its other side: 19 three cups made like almond blossoms in one branch, a bud and a flower, and three cups made like almond blossoms in the other branch, a bud and a flower; so for the six branches going out of the lampstand. 20 In the lampstand were four cups made like almond blossoms, its buds and its flowers; 21 and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, for the six branches going out of it. 22 Their buds and their branches were of one piece with it. The whole thing was one beaten work of pure gold. 23 He made its seven lamps, and its snuffers, and its snuff dishes, of pure gold. 24 He made it of a talent of pure gold, with all its vessels. 25 He made the altar of incense of shittim wood. It was square: its length was a cubit, and its width a cubit. Its height was two cubits. Its horns were of one piece with it. 26 He overlaid it with pure gold: its top, its sides around it, and its horns. He made a gold molding around it. 27 He made two golden rings for it under its molding crown, on its two ribs, on its two sides, for places for poles with which to carry it. 28 He made the poles of shittim wood, and overlaid them with gold. 29 He made the holy anointing oil and the pure incense of sweet spices, after the art of the perfumer.
38:1 He made the altar of burnt offering of shittim wood. It was square. Its length was five cubits, its width was five cubits, and its height was three cubits. 2 He made its horns on its four corners. Its horns were of one piece with it, and he overlaid it with bronze. 3 He made all the vessels of the altar: the pots, the shovels, the basins, the forks, and the fire pans. He made all its vessels of bronze. 4 He made for the altar a grating of a network of bronze, under the ledge around it beneath, reaching halfway up. 5 He cast four rings for the four corners of bronze grating, to be places for the poles. 6 He made the poles of shittim wood, and overlaid them with bronze. 7 He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the altar, with which to carry it. He made it hollow with planks. 8 He made the basin of bronze, and its base of bronze, out of the mirrors of the [women that fasted, who fasted](LXX) by the door of the Appointed Tent. 9 He made the court: for the south side southward the hangings of the court were of fine twined linen, one hundred cubits; 10 their pillars were twenty, and their sockets twenty, of bronze; the hooks of the pillars and their binders were of silver. 11 For the north side one hundred cubits, their pillars twenty, and their sockets twenty, of bronze; the hooks of the pillars, and their binders, of silver. 12 For the west side were hangings of fifty cubits, their pillars ten, and their sockets ten; the hooks of the pillars, and their binders, of silver. 13 For the east side eastward fifty cubits, 14 the hangings for the one side were fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three; 15 and so for the other side: on this hand and that hand by the gate of the court were hangings of fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three. 16 All the hangings around the court were of fine twined linen. 17 The sockets for the pillars were of bronze. The hooks of the pillars and their binders were of silver. Their capitals were overlaid with silver. All the pillars of the court had silver bands. 18 The screen for the gate of the court was the work of the embroiderer, of blue, purple, scarlet, and fine twined linen. Twenty cubits was the length, and the height along the width was five cubits, like the hangings of the court. 19 Their pillars were four, and their sockets four, of bronze; their hooks of silver, and the overlaying of their capitals, and their binders, of silver. 20 All the pins of the tabernacle, and around the court, were of bronze.
Prophets Portion (P)
1 Kings 8:1-22
8:1 Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel with all the heads of the tribes, the princes of the fathers’ households of the sons of Israel, to king Solomon in Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the covenant of YHWH out of David’s city, which is Zion. 2 All the men of Israel assembled themselves to king Solomon at the feast in the new moon Ethanim, which is the seventh new moon. 3 All the elders of Israel came, and the priests picked up the ark. 4 They brought up the ark of YHWH, the Appointed Tent, and all the holy vessels that were in the Tent. The priests and the Levites brought these up. 5 King Solomon and all the congregation of Israel, who were assembled to him, were with him before the ark, slaughtering sheep and cattle that could not be counted or numbered for multitude. 6 The priests brought in the ark of the covenant of YHWH to its place, into the inner sanctuary of the house, to the holy of holies, even under the wings of the keruvim. 7 For the keruvim spread their wings out over the place of the ark, and the keruvim covered the ark and its poles above. 8 The poles were so long that the ends of the poles were seen from the holy place before the inner sanctuary, but they were not seen outside. They are there to this day. 9 There was nothing in the ark except the two stone tablets, [tablets of the covenant],(LXX) which Moses put there at Horeb, when YHWH cut a covenant with the sons of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt. 10 It came to pass, when the priests had come out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of YHWH, 11 so that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud; for the glory of YHWH filled the house of YHWH. 12 Then Solomon said, “YHWH has said that he would dwell in the thick darkness. 13 I have surely built you a house of habitation, a place for you to dwell in forever.” 14 The king turned his face around and blessed all the assembly of Israel; and all the assembly of Israel stood. 15 He said, “Blessed is YHWH, the Elohim of Israel, who spoke with his mouth to David your father, and has with his hand fulfilled it, saying, 16 ‘Since the day that I brought my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build a house, that my name might be there; [nor did I choose anyone to be a leader over my people Israel. But I have chosen Jerusalem, so that my name may be there,](LXX) but I chose David to be over my people Israel.’ 17 “Now it was in the heart of David my father to build a house for the name of YHWH, the Elohim of Israel. 18 But YHWH said to David my father, ‘Whereas it was in your heart to build a house for my name, you did well that it was in your heart. 19 Nevertheless, you will not build the house; but your son who will come out of your body, he will build the house for my name.’ 20 YHWH has established his word that he spoke; for I have risen up in the place of David my father, and I sit on the throne of Israel, as YHWH promised, and have built the house for the name of YHWH, the Elohim of Israel. 21 There I have set a place for the ark, in which is the covenant of YHWH, which he made with our fathers when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.” 22 Solomon stood before the altar of YHWH in the face of all the assembly of Israel, and spread out his hands toward the heavens. [Now Solomon had made a bronze scaffold, eight feet and seven inches long, and eight feet and seven inches broad, and five feet and two inches high, and had set it in the midst of the court; and on it he stood, and kneeled down on his knees before all the assembly of Israel, and spread forth his hands toward the heavens.](LXX)
Apostolic Portion (A)
1 Peter 2:1-10
2:1 Putting away therefore all wickedness, all deceit, hypocrisies, envies, and all evil speaking, 2 as newborn babies, long for the reasonable unadulterated milk, that with it you may grow, 3 if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious. 4 Come to him, a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by Elohim, precious. 5 You also as living stones are built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual slaughters, acceptable to Elohim through Yeshua the Messiah. 6 Because it is contained in Scripture, “Behold, I lay in Zion a chief cornerstone, chosen and precious. He who believes in him will not be put to shame.” (cf. Isaiah 28:16) 7 For you who believe therefore is the honor, but for those who are disobedient, “The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone,” (cf. Psalm 118:22) 8 and, “a stumbling stone and a rock of offense.” (cf. Isaiah 8:14) For they stumble at the word, being disobedient, to which also they were appointed. 9 But you are a chosen seed, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for Elohim’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. 10 In the past, you were not a people, but now are Elohim’s people, who had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. (cf. Hosea 1:10; Hosea 2:23)

Sirach, or Wisdom of Sirach, and also known as the Book of Ecclesiasticus (abbreviated Ecclus.) or Ben Sira, is a work of ethical teachings, from approximately 200 to 175 B.C., written by the Jewish scribe Ben Sira of Jerusalem, on the inspiration of his father Joshua son of Sirach, sometimes called Jesus son of Sirach or Yeshua ben Eliezer ben Sira. The Sirach was almost completely uncovered in Hebrew in the Dead Sea Scrolls, at Masada, and the Cairo Geniza. The multiplicity of manuscript fragments uncovered in the Cairo Genizah evidence its authoritative status among Egyptian Jewry until the Middle Ages. Quotes from Sirach can be found in Rabbinic literature in multiple places including the Talmud in Bava Kamma 92b:13 and Hagigah 13a:2. Additionally, the Gospels and other Apostolic Scriptures quote from the Book of Sirach including the Song of Miriam in Luke 1:52 (cf. Sirach 10:14); the description of the seed in Mark 4:5, 16–17 (cf. Sirach 40:15); the statement by Yeshua in Matthew 7:16,20 (cf. Sirach 27:6); and Ya’aqov (James) 1:19 (cf. Sirach 5:11).
Sirach 24:1-23
24:1 Wisdom will praise her own soul, and will proclaim her glory in the midst of her people. 2 She will open her mouth in the congregation of the Most High, and proclaim her glory in the face of his power. 3 “I came out of the mouth of the Most High, and covered the land as a mist. 4 I lived in high places, and my throne is in the pillar of the cloud. 5 Alone I surrounded the circuit of the heavens, and walked in the depth of the abyss. 6 In the waves of the sea, and in all the land, and in every people and nation, I got a possession. 7 With all these I sought rest. In whose inheritance will I lodge? 8 Then the Creator of all things gave me a commandment. He who created me made my tabernacle to rest, and said, ‘Let your tabernacle be in Jacob, and your inheritance in Israel.’ 9 He created me from the beginning before the world. For all ages, I will not cease to exist. 10 In the holy tabernacle, I ministered before him. So I was established in Zion. 11 In the beloved city, likewise he gave me rest. In Jerusalem was my domain. 12 I took root in a people that was glorified, even in the portion of the Lord’s own inheritance. 13 I was exalted like a cedar in Lebanon, And like a cypress tree on the mountains of Hermon. 14 I was exalted like a palm tree on the sea shore, and as rose plants in Jericho, and as a fair olive tree in the plain. I was exalted as a plane tree. 15 As cinnamon and aspalathus, I have given a scent to perfumes. As choice myrrh, I spread abroad a pleasant fragrance, as galbanum, onyx, stacte, and as the smell of frankincense in the tabernacle. 16 As the terebinth, I stretched out my branches. My branches are branches of glory and grace. 17 As the vine, I put forth grace. My flowers are the fruit of glory and riches. 18 […] 19 “Come to me, all you who desire me, and be filled with my fruits. 20 For my memorial is sweeter than honey, and my inheritance than the honeycomb. 21 Those who eat me will be hungry for more. Those who drink me will be thirsty for more. 22 He who obeys me will not be ashamed. Those who work in me will not sin.” 23 All these things are the book of the covenant of the Most High Elohim, the law which Moses commanded us for an inheritance for the assemblies of Jacob.

Genesis 3:22-24 (T)
3:22 YHWH Elohim said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us, knowing good and evil. Now, lest he reach out his hand, and also take of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever—” 23 Therefore YHWH Elohim sent him out from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from which he was taken. 24 So he drove out the man; and he placed keruvim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.
Ezekiel 1:1-28 (T)
1:1 Now in the thirtieth year, in the fourth new moon, in the fifth day of the new moon, as I was among the captives by the river Kebar, the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of Elohim. 2 In the fifth of the new moon, which was the fifth year of king Jehoiachin’s captivity, 3 the word of YHWH came to Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Kasdim by the river Kebar; and the hand of YHWH was there on him. 4 I looked, and behold, a stormy wind came out of the north: a great cloud, with flashing lightning, and a brightness around it, and out of the middle of it as it were glowing metal, out of the middle of the fire. 5 Out of its center came the likeness of four living [creatures]. This was their appearance: They had the likeness of a man. 6 Everyone had four faces, and each one of them had four wings. 7 Their feet were straight feet. The sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf’s foot; and they sparkled like burnished bronze. 8 They had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides. The four of them had their faces and their wings like this: 9 Their wings were joined to one another. They didn’t turn when they went. Each one went straight forward. 10 As for the likeness of their faces, they had the face of a man. The four of them had the face of a lion on the right side. The four of them had the face of an ox on the left side. The four of them also had the face of an eagle. 11 Such were their faces. Their wings were spread out above. Two wings of each one touched another, and two covered their bodies. 12 Each one went straight forward. Where the spirit was to go, they went. They didn’t turn when they went. 13 As for the likeness of the living [creatures], their appearance was like burning coals of fire, like the appearance of torches. The fire went up and down among the living [creatures]. The fire was bright, and lightning went out of the fire. 14 The living [creatures] ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning. 15 Now as I saw the living [creatures], behold, there was one wheel on the land beside the living [creatures], for each of the four faces of it. 16 The appearance of the wheels and their work was like a beryl. The four of them had one likeness. Their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel within a wheel. 17 When they went, they went in their four directions. They didn’t turn when they went. 18 As for their rims, they were high and dreadful; and the four of them had their rims full of eyes all around. 19 When the living [creatures] went, the wheels went beside them. When the living [creatures] were lifted up from the land, the wheels were lifted up. 20 Wherever the spirit was to go, they went. The spirit was to go there. The wheels were lifted up beside them; for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels. 21 When those went, these went. When those stood, these stood. When those were lifted up from the land, the wheels were lifted up beside them; for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels. 22 Over the head of the living creature there was the likeness of the firmament, like an awesome crystal to look at, stretched out over their heads above. 23 Under the firmament, their wings were straight, one toward the other. Each one had two which covered on this side, and each one had two which covered their bodies on that side. 24 When they went, I heard the noise of their wings like the noise of great waters, like the voice of the Almighty, a noise of tumult like the noise of an army. When they stood, they let down their wings. 25 There was a voice above the firmament that was over their heads. When they stood, they let down their wings. 26 Above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone. On the likeness of the throne was a likeness as the appearance of a man on it above. 27 I saw as it were glowing metal, as the appearance of fire within it all around, from the appearance of his waist and upward; and from the appearance of his waist and downward I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and there was brightness around him. 28 As the appearance of the rainbow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness all around. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of YHWH. When I saw it, I fell on my face, and I heard a voice of one that spoke.
Ezekiel 10:1-22 (T)
10:1 Then I looked, and see, in the firmament that was over the head of the keruvim there appeared above them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne. 2 He spoke to the man clothed in linen, and said, “Go in between the whirling wheels, even under the keruv, and fill both your hands with coals of fire from between the keruvim, and scatter them over the city.” He went in as I watched. 3 Now the keruvim stood on the right side of the house when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court. 4 the glory of YHWH mounted up from the keruv, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the glory of YHWH. 5 The sound of the wings of the keruvim was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of El Shaddai when he speaks. 6 It came to pass, when he commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, “Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the keruvim,” that he went in and stood beside a wheel. 7 The keruv stretched out his hand from between the keruvim to the fire that was between the keruvim, and took some of it, and put it into the hands of him who was clothed in linen, who took it and went out. 8 The form of a man’s hand appeared here in the keruvim under their wings. 9 I looked, and behold, there were four wheels beside the keruvim, one wheel beside one keruv, and another wheel beside another keruv. The appearance of the wheels was like a beryl stone. 10 As for their appearance, the four of them had one likeness, like a wheel within a wheel. 11 When they went, they went in their four directions. They didn’t turn as they went, but to the place where the head looked they followed it. They didn’t turn as they went. 12 Their whole body, including their backs, their hands, their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes all around, even the wheels that the four of them had. 13 As for the wheels, they were called in my hearing, “the whirling wheels”. 14 Every one them had four faces. The first face was the face of the keruv. The second face was the face of a man. The third face was the face of a lion. The fourth was the face of an eagle. 15 The keruvim mounted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river Kebar. 16 When the keruvim went, the wheels went beside them; and when the keruvim lifted up their wings to mount up from the land, the wheels also didn’t turn from beside them. 17 When they stood, these stood. When they mounted up, these mounted up with them; for the spirit of the living creature was in them. 18 the glory of YHWH went out from over the threshold of the house and stood over the keruvim. 19 The keruvim lifted up their wings and mounted up from the land in my sight when they went out, with the wheels beside them. Then they stood at the door of the east gate of the house of YHWH; and the glory of the Elohim of Israel was over them above. 20 This is the living creature that I saw under the Elohim of Israel by the river Kebar; and I knew that they were keruvim. 21 Every one had four faces, and every one four wings. The likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings. 22 As for the likeness of their faces, they were the faces which I saw by the river Kebar, their appearances and themselves. They each went straight forward.
Leviticus 15:19-33 (T)
15:19 If a woman has a discharge, and her discharge in her flesh is blood, she will be in her separation seven days. Whoever touches her will be unclean until the evening. 20 Everything that she lies on in her separation will be unclean. Everything also that she sits on will be unclean. 21 Whoever touches her bed will wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening. 22 Whoever touches anything that she sits on will wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening. 23 If it is on the bed, or on anything she sits on, when he touches it, he will be unclean until the evening. 24 If any man lies with her, and her separation is on him, he will be unclean seven days; and every bed he lies on will be unclean. 25 If a woman has a discharge of her blood many days not in the time of her separation, or if she has a discharge beyond the time of her separation, all the days of the discharge of her uncleanness will be as in the days of her separation. She is unclean. 26 Every bed she lies on all the days of her discharge will be to her as the bed of her separation. Everything she sits on will be unclean, as the uncleanness of her separation. 27 Whoever touches these things will be unclean, and will wash his clothes and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening. 28 But if she is cleansed of her discharge, then she will count to herself seven days, and after that she will be clean. 29 On the eighth day she will take two turtledoves, or two sons of a dove, and bring them to the priest, to the door of the Appointed Tent. 30 The priest will offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest will make atonement for her before YHWH for the uncleanness of her discharge. 31 Thus you will separate the sons of Israel from their uncleanness, so they will not die in their uncleanness when they defile my tabernacle that is among them. 32 This is the law of him who has a discharge, and of him who has an emission of semen, so that he is unclean by it; 33 and of her who is sick in her separation, and of a man or woman who has a discharge, and of him who lies with her who is unclean.
2 Chronicles 1:1-12
1:1 Solomon the son of David was firmly established in his reign, and YHWH his Elohim was with him, and made him exceedingly great. 2 Solomon spoke to all Israel, to the captains of thousands and of hundreds, to the judges, and to every prince in all Israel, the heads of the fathers’ households. 3 Then Solomon, and all the assembly with him, went to the high place that was at Gibeon; for Elohim’s Appointed Tent was there, which YHWH’s servant Moses had made in the wilderness. 4 But David had brought Elohim’s ark up from Kiriath Jearim to the place that David had prepared for it; for he had pitched a tent for it at Jerusalem. 5 Moreover the bronze altar that Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, had made was there before the tabernacle of YHWH; and Solomon and the assembly were seeking counsel there. 6 Solomon went up there to the bronze altar before YHWH, which was at the Appointed Tent, and offered one thousand burnt offerings on it. 7 That night, Elohim appeared to Solomon and said to him, “Ask for what you want me to give you.” 8 Solomon said to Elohim, “You have shown great loving kindness to David my father, and have made me king in his place. 9 Now, YHWH Elohim, let your promise to David my father be established; for you have made me king over a people like the dust of the land in multitude. 10 Now give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people; for who can judge this great people of yours?” 11 Elohim said to Solomon, “Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches, wealth, honor, or the life of those who hate you, nor yet have you asked for long life; but have asked for wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge my people, over whom I have made you king, 12 therefore wisdom and knowledge is granted to you. I will give you riches, wealth, and honor, such as none of the kings have had who have been before you, and none after you will have.”
Hebrews 9:1-5 (P)
9:1 Now indeed even the first had ordinances of divine service and an earthly sanctuary. 2 For a tabernacle was prepared. In the first was the lampstand, the table, and the bread of the presence, which is called the Holy Place. 3 After the second veil was the tabernacle which is called the Holy of Holies, 4 having a golden altar of incense and the ark of the witness overlaid on all sides with gold, in which was a golden pot holding the manna, Aaron’s rod that budded, and the tablets of the covenant; 5 and above it keruvim of glory overshadowing the lid, of which things we can’t speak now in detail.
Exodus 40:34-35; 2 Chronicles 7:1-2; Revelation 15:8 (P)
Exodus 40:34 Then the cloud covered the Appointed Tent, and the glory of YHWH filled the tabernacle. 35 Moses wasn’t able to enter into the Appointed Tent, because the cloud stayed on it, and the glory of YHWH filled the tabernacle. 34 Then the cloud covered the Appointed Tent, and the glory of YHWH filled the tabernacle. 35 Moses wasn’t able to enter into the Appointed Tent, because the cloud stayed on it, and the glory of YHWH filled the tabernacle.
2 Chronicles 7:1 Now when Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from the heavens and consumed the burnt offering and the slaughters; and the glory of YHWH filled the house. 2 The priests could not enter into the house of YHWH, because the glory of YHWH filled the house of YHWH.
Revelation 15:8 The temple was filled with smoke from the glory of Elohim and from his power. No one was able to enter into the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels would be finished.

Leviticus 16:2 and YHWH said to Moses, “Tell Aaron your brother not to come at just any time into the holy within the veil, before the lid which is on the ark; lest he die; for I will appear in the cloud on the lid.
Deuteronomy 4:11 You came near and stood under the mountain. The mountain burned with fire to the heart of the heavens, with darkness, cloud, and thick darkness.
Deuteronomy 5:22 YHWH spoke these words to all your assembly on the mountain out of the middle of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice. He added no more. He wrote them on two stone tablets, and gave them to me.
2 Samuel 7:1-13 (P)
7:1 When the king lived in his house, and YHWH had given him rest from all his enemies all around, 2 the king said to Nathan the prophet, “See now, I dwell in a house of cedar, but Elohim’s ark dwells within curtains.” 3 Nathan said to the king, “Go, do all that is in your heart, for YHWH is with you.” 4 That same night, the word of YHWH came to Nathan, saying, 5 “Go and tell my servant David, ‘YHWH says, “Should you build me a house for me to dwell in? 6 For I have not lived in a house since the day that I brought the sons of Israel up out of Egypt, even to this day, but have moved around in a tent and in a tabernacle. 7 In all places in which I have walked with all the sons of Israel, did I say a word to anyone from the tribes of Israel whom I commanded to be shepherd of my people Israel, saying, ‘Why have you not built me a house of cedar?’ ” ‘ 8 Now therefore tell my servant David this: ‘YHWH of Armies says, “I took you from the sheep pen, from following the sheep, to be prince over my people, over Israel. 9 I have been with you wherever you went, and have cut off all your enemies from before you. I will make you a great name, like the name of the great ones who are in the land. 10 I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in their own place and be moved no more. The sons of wickedness will not afflict them any more, as at the first, 11 and as from the day that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel. I will cause you to rest from all your enemies. Moreover YHWH tells you that YHWH will make you a house. 12 When your days are fulfilled and you sleep with your fathers, I will set up your seed after you, who will proceed out of your body, and I will establish his reign. 13 He will build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his reign forever.
2 Chronicles 6:1-13 (P)
6:1 Then Solomon said, “YHWH has said that he would dwell in the thick darkness. 2 But I have built you a house and home, a place for you to dwell in forever.” 3 The king turned his face, and blessed all the assembly of Israel; and all the assembly of Israel stood. 4 He said, “Blessed be YHWH, the Elohim of Israel, who spoke with his mouth to David my father, and has with his hands fulfilled it, saying, 5 ‘Since the day that I brought my people out of the land of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build a house in, that my name might be there, and I chose no man to be prince over my people Israel; 6 but now I have chosen Jerusalem, that my name might be there; and I have chosen David to be over my people Israel.’ 7 Now it was in the heart of David my father to build a house for the name of YHWH, the Elohim of Israel. 8 But YHWH said to David my father, ‘Whereas it was in your heart to build a house for my name, you did well that it was in your heart; 9 nevertheless you will not build the house, but your son who will come out of your body, he will build the house for my name.’ 10 “YHWH has performed his word that he spoke; for I have risen up in the place of David my father, and sit on the throne of Israel, as YHWH promised, and have built the house for the name of YHWH, the Elohim of Israel. 11 There I have set the ark, in which is the covenant of YHWH, which he made with the sons of Israel.” 12 He stood before the altar of YHWH in the face of all the assembly of Israel, and spread out his hands 13 (for Solomon had made a bronze platform, five cubits long, five cubits wide, and three cubits high, and had set it in the middle of the court; and he stood on it, and knelt down on his knees before all the assembly of Israel, and spread out his hands toward the heavens).
Ephesians 2:19-22 (A)
2:19 So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow citizens with the holy ones and of the household of Elohim, 20 being built on the foundation of the emissaries and prophets, Messiah Yeshua himself being the chief cornerstone; 21 in whom the whole building, fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord; 22 in whom you also are built together for a habitation of Elohim in the Spirit.
Psalms 118:22 (A)
118:22 The stone which the builders rejected has become the cornerstone.
Matthew 21:33-46; Mark 12:1-13; Luke 20:9-20 (A)
Matthew 21:33 “Hear another parable. There was a man who was a master of a household who planted a vineyard, set a hedge about it, dug a wine press in it, built a tower, leased it out to farmers, and went into another country. 34 When the season for the fruit came near, he sent his servants to the farmers to receive his fruit. 35 The farmers took his servants, beat one, killed another, and stoned another. 36 Again, he sent other servants more than the first; and they treated them the same way. 37 But afterward he sent to them his son, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ 38 But the farmers, when they saw the son, said among themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance.’ 39 So they took him and threw him out of the vineyard, then killed him. 40 When therefore the lord of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those farmers?” 41 They told him, “He will miserably destroy those miserable men, and will lease out the vineyard to other farmers who will give him the fruit in its season.” 42 Yeshua said to them, “Did you never read in the Scriptures, ‘The stone which the builders rejected was made the head of the corner. This was from the Lord. It is marvelous in our eyes’? 43 “Therefore I tell you, the reign of Elohim will be taken away from you and will be given to a nation producing its fruit. 44 He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but on whomever it will fall, it will scatter him as dust.” 45 When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard his parables, they perceived that he spoke about them. 46 When they sought to seize him, they feared the multitudes, because they considered him to be a prophet.
Mark 12:1 He began to speak to them in parables. “A man planted a vineyard, put a hedge around it, dug a pit for the wine press, built a tower, rented it out to a farmer, and went into another country. 2 When it was time, he sent a servant to the farmer to get from the farmer his share of the fruit of the vineyard. 3 They took him, beat him, and sent him away empty. 4 Again, he sent another servant to them; and they threw stones at him, wounded him in the head, and sent him away shamefully treated. 5 Again he sent another, and they killed him, and many others, beating some, and killing some. 6 Therefore still having one, his beloved son, he sent him last to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ 7 But those farmers said among themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let us kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.’ 8 They took him, killed him, and cast him out of the vineyard. 9 What therefore will the lord of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy the farmers, and will give the vineyard to others. 10 Haven’t you even read this Scripture: ‘The stone which the builders rejected was made the head of the corner. 11 This was from the Lord. It is marvelous in our eyes’?” 12 They tried to seize him, but they feared the multitude; for they perceived that he spoke the parable against them. They left him and went away. 13 They sent some of the Pharisees and the Herodians to him, that they might trap him with words.
Luke 20:9 He began to tell the people this parable: “A man planted a vineyard and rented it out to some farmers, and went into another country for a long time. 10 At the proper season, he sent a servant to the farmers to collect his share of the fruit of the vineyard. But the farmers beat him and sent him away empty. 11 He sent yet another servant, and they also beat him and treated him shamefully, and sent him away empty. 12 He sent yet a third, and they also wounded him and threw him out. 13 The lord of the vineyard said, ‘What will I do? I will send my beloved son. It may be that seeing him, they will respect him.’ 14 “But when the farmers saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, ‘This is the heir. Come, let us kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.’ 15 Then they threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. What therefore will the lord of the vineyard do to them? 16 He will come and destroy these farmers, and will give the vineyard to others.” When they heard that, they said, “May that never be!” 17 But he looked at them and said, “Then what is this that is written, ‘The stone which the builders rejected was made the chief cornerstone?’ 18 Everyone who falls on that stone will be broken to pieces, but it will crush whomever it falls on to dust.” 19 The chief priests and the scribes sought to lay hands on him that very hour, but they feared the people—for they knew he had spoken this parable against them. 20 They watched him and sent out spies, who pretended to be righteous, that they might trap him in something he said, so as to deliver him up to the power and authority of the governor.
Acts 4:1-14 (A)
4:1 As they spoke to the people, the priests and the captain of the temple and the Sadducees came to them, 2 being upset because they taught the people and proclaimed in Yeshua the resurrection from the dead. 3 They laid hands on them, and put them in custody until the next day, for it was now evening. 4 But many of those who heard the word believed, and the number of the men came to be about five thousand. 5 In the morning, their rulers, elders, and scribes were gathered together in Jerusalem. 6 Annas the high priest was there, with Caiaphas, John, Alexander, and as many as were relatives of the high priest. 7 When they had stood Peter and John in the middle of them, they inquired, “By what power, or in what name, have you done this?” 8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “You rulers of the people and elders of Israel, 9 if we are examined today concerning a good deed done to a crippled man, by what means this man has been healed, 10 may it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Yeshua the Messiah of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom Elohim raised from the dead, this man stands here before you whole in him. 11 He is ‘the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.’ 12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under the heavens that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” 13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and had perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled. They recognized that they had been with Yeshua. 14 Seeing the man who was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.
Romans 9:21-33 (A)
9:21 Or hasn’t the potter a right over the clay, from the same lump to make one part a vessel for honor, and another for dishonor? 22 What if Elohim, willing to show his wrath and to make his power known, endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, 23 and that he might make known the riches of his glory on vessels of mercy, which he prepared beforehand for glory— 24 us, whom he also called, not from the Jews only, but also from the Nations? 25 As he says also in Hosea, “I will call them ‘my people,’ which were not my people; and her ‘beloved,’ who was not beloved.” 26 “It will be that in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ there they will be called ‘children of the living Elohim.’ ” 27 Isaiah cries concerning Israel, “If the number of the sons of Israel are as the sand of the sea, it is the remnant who will be saved; 28 for He will finish the work and cut it short in righteousness, because the LORD will make a short work upon the land.” 29 As Isaiah has said before, “Unless the Lord of Hosts† had left us a seed, we would have become like Sodom, and would have been made like Gomorrah.” 30 What will we say then? That the Nations, who didn’t follow after righteousness, attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith; 31 but Israel, following after a law of righteousness, didn’t arrive at the law of righteousness. 32 Why? Because they didn’t seek it by faith, but as it were by works of the law. They stumbled over the stumbling stone, 33 even as it is written, “Behold, I lay in Zion a stumbling stone and a rock of offense; and no one who believes in him will be disappointed.”

Hebrews 3:6 but Messiah is faithful as a Son over his house. We are his house, if we hold fast our confidence and the glorying of our hope firm to the end.
Hebrews 12:28 Therefore, receiving a Reign that can’t be shaken, let’s have grace, through which we serve Elohim acceptably, with reverence and awe, 29 for our Elohim is a consuming fire.
Revelation 1:4 John, to the seven assemblies that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from Elohim, who is and who was and who is to come; and from the seven Spirits who are before his throne; 5 and from Yeshua the Messiah, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the land. To him who loves us, and washed us from our sins by his blood— 6 and he made us to be a Reign, priests to his Elohim and Father—to him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
Revelation 5:9 They sang a new song, saying, “You are worthy to take the book and to open its seals, for you were killed, and bought us for Elohim with your blood out of every tribe, language, people, and nation, 10 and made us kings and priests to our Elohim; and we will reign on the land.”
Isaiah 28:16 (A)
28:16 Therefore [YHWH](DSS) says, “Behold, [I am laying](DSS) in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious cornerstone of a sure foundation [and](LXX) he who believes [in him](LXX) will not [be put to shame].(LXX)
Isaiah 8:11-15 (A)
8:11 For YHWH spoke this to me with a strong hand, and instructed me not to walk in the way of this people, saying, 12 “Don’t call a conspiracy all that this people call a conspiracy. Don’t fear their threats or be terrorized. 13 YHWH of Armies is who you must respect as holy. He is the one you must fear. He is the one you must dread. 14 He will be a sanctuary, but for both houses of Israel, he will be a stumbling stone and a rock that makes them fall. For the people of Jerusalem, he will be a trap and a snare. 15 Many will stumble over it, fall, be broken, be snared, and be captured.”

Exodus 19:3-6 (A)
19:3 Moses went up to Elohim, and YHWH called to him out of the mountain, saying, “This is what you will tell the house of Jacob, and tell the sons of Israel: 4 ‘You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings, and brought you to myself. 5 Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and guard my covenant, then you will be my own possession from among all peoples; for all the land is mine; 6 and you will be to me a reign of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words which you will speak to the sons of Israel.”
Hosea 1:9-10; Hosea 2:23 (A)
Hosea 1:9 He said, “Call his name Lo-Ammi, for you are not my people, and I will not be yours. 10 Yet the number of the sons of Israel will be as the sand of the sea, which can’t be measured or counted; and it will come to pass that, in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ they will be called ‘sons of the living Elohim.’
Hosea 2:23 I will sow her to me in the land; and I will have mercy on her who had not obtained mercy; and I will tell those who were not my people, ‘You are my people;’ and they will say, ‘You are My Elohim!’

Apocalypse of Abraham Chapter 10 (T)
The Apocalypse of Abraham is a pseudepigraphic work (a text whose claimed authorship is uncertain) based on the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh). Probably composed between about 70–150 A.D. from earlier writings and tradition possibly kept from the time of Abraham, it is of Jewish origin and is usually considered to be part of the Apocalyptic literature. It has survived only in Old Slavonic and likely held some prominence up into the first century A.D. The original language of this text was almost surely Hebrew: it was translated into Slavonic either directly from Hebrew or from a lost intermediate Greek translation. The whole text survives in six manuscripts usually gathered in two families: the main manuscript of the first family is referred to as S edited by Tixonravov in 1863, while the main manuscripts of the other family, which preserve the text integrated in other material of the Tolkovaja Paleja, are referred to as A, B, and K.
…And the angel came, whom He had sent to me, in the likeness of a man, and grasped me by my right hand, and set me up upon my feet, and said to me: “Stand up, [Abraham,] Friend of Elohim who loveth thee; let not the trembling of man seize thee! For, lo! I have been sent to thee to strengthen thee and bless thee in the name of Elohim—who loveth thee—the Creator of the celestial and terrestrial. Be fearless and hasten to Him. I am called Jaoel by Him who moveth that which existeth with me on the seventh expanse upon the firmament, a power in virtue of the ineffable Name that is dwelling in me. I am the one who hath been given to restrain, according to His commandment, the threatening attack of the living creatures of the keruvim against one another, and teach those who carry Him the song of the seventh hour of the night of man. I am ordained to restrain the Leviathan, for unto me are subject the attack and menace of every single reptile. [I am he who hath been commissioned to loosen Hades, to destroy him who stareth at the dead.]…
Additions to Daniel (Greek Daniel) 3:46-57 (T)
The Additions to Daniel comprise three chapters not found in the Hebrew/Aramaic text of Daniel. The text of these chapters is found in the Koine Greek Septuagint, the earliest Old Greek translation. In the third century A.D., these additions were accepted as Scripture by all extant Christian writers except Jerome. They are accepted as canonical and translated as such in Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Oriental Orthodox, and Syriac Bibles. They are listed in Article VI of the Thirty-Nine Articles of the Church of England.[2] However, most Protestant Bibles exclude these passages as biblical apocrypha, retaining only the text available today in the Hebrew/Aramaic manuscripts.
46 The king’s servants who put them in didn’t stop making the furnace hot with naphtha, pitch, tinder, and small wood, 47 so that the flame streamed out forty nine cubits above the furnace. 48 It spread and burned those Kasdim whom it found around the furnace. 49 But the angel of the Lord came down into the furnace together with Azarias and his fellows, and he struck the flame of the fire out of the furnace, 50 and made the midst of the furnace as it had been a moist whistling wind, so that the fire didn’t touch them at all. It neither hurt nor troubled them. 51 Then the three, as out of one mouth, praised, glorified, and blessed Elohim in the furnace, saying, 52 “Blessed are you, O Lord, you Elohim of our fathers, to be praised and exalted above all forever! 53 Blessed is your glorious and holy name, to be praised and exalted above all forever! 54 Blessed are you in the temple of your holy glory, to be praised and glorified above all forever! 55 Blessed are you who see the depths and sit upon the keruvim, to be praised and exalted above all forever. 56 Blessed are you on the throne of your reign, to be praised and extolled above all forever! 57 Blessed are you in the firmament of the heavens, to be praised and glorified forever!
Sirach 1:1-8 (T)
1:1 All wisdom comes from the Lord, and is with him forever. 2 Who can count the sand of the seas, the drops of rain, and the days of eternity? 3 Who will search out the height of the heavens, the breadth of the land, the deep, and wisdom? 4 Wisdom has been created before all things, and the understanding of prudence from everlasting. 5 […] 6 To whom has the root of wisdom been revealed? Who has known her shrewd counsels? 7 […] 8 There is one wise, greatly to be feared, sitting upon his throne: the Lord.
Sirach 49:1-8 (T)
49:1 The memorial of Josiah is like the composition of incense Prepared by the work of the apothecary: It will be sweet as honey in every mouth, And as music at a banquet of wine. 2 He behaved himself uprightly in the conversion of the people, And took away the abominations of iniquity. 3 He set his heart right toward the Lord; In the days of wicked men he made godliness to prevail. 4 Except David and Hezekiah and Josiah, All committed trespass: For they forsook the Torah of the Most High; The kings of Judah failed. 5 For they gave their horn to others, And their glory to a strange nation. 6 They set on fire the chosen city of the sanctuary, And made her streets desolate, as it was written by the hand of Jeremiah. 7 For they mistreated him; And yet he was sanctified in the womb to be a prophet, To root out, and to afflict, and to destroy; And in like manner to build and to plant. 8 It was Ezekiel who saw the vision of glory, Which Elohim showed him upon the chariot of the keruvim
Wisdom of Solomon 15:1-7 (A)
The Wisdom of Solomon or Book of Wisdom is a Jewish work, written in Greek, and most likely composed in Alexandria, Egypt. Generally dated to the mid first century B.C. It is uncertain whether the book has a single author or comes from a school of writers, but recent scholarship has favored regarding it as a unified work. Fragments of the Wisdom of Solomon were found among the Dead Sea Scrolls in the first discovered and excavated cave at Qumran in 1949.
15:1 But you, our Elohim, are gracious and true, patient, and in mercy ordering all things. 2 For even if we sin, we are yours, knowing your dominion; but we will not sin, knowing that we have been accounted yours. 3 For to be acquainted with you is perfect righteousness, and to know your dominion is the root of immortality. 4 For we weren’t led astray by any evil plan of men’s, nor yet by painters’ fruitless labor, a form stained with varied colors, 5 the sight of which leads fools into coveting. Their desire is for the breathless form of a dead image. 6 Lovers of evil things, and worthy of such hopes, are those who make, desire, and worship them. 7 For a potter, kneading soft land, laboriously molds each article for our service. He fashions out of the same clay both the vessels that minister to clean uses, and those of a contrary sort, all in like manner. What will be the use of each article of either sort, the potter is the judge.
Exodus 37:1 – 38:20 from the Jerusalem Targum aka Targum Pseudo-Jonathan (T)
Composed in Talmudic Israel (c.150 – c.250 AD). Targum Pseudo-Jonathan is a western targum (translation) of the Torah (Pentateuch) from the land of Israel (as opposed to the eastern Babylonian Targum Onkelos). Its correct title was originally Targum Yerushalmi (Jerusalem Targum), which is how it was known in medieval times. But because of a printer’s mistake it was later labeled Targum Jonathan, in reference to Jonathan ben Uzziel. Some editions of the Pentateuch continue to call it Targum Jonathan to this day. Most scholars refer to the text as Targum Pseudo-Jonathan. This targum is more than a mere translation. It includes much Aggadic material collected from various sources as late as the Midrash Rabbah as well as earlier material from the Talmud. It is effectively a combination of a commentary and a translation. In the portions where it is pure translation, it often agrees with the Targum Onkelos. The date of its composition is disputed. It cannot have been completed before the Arabic conquest as it refers to Mohammad’s wife Fatimah, but might have been initially composed in the 4th Century AD. However, some scholars date it in the 14th Century.
Chapter 37 And Bezalel made the ARK of sitta wood; two cubits and a half its length, and a cubit and half its breadth, and a cubit and half its height. And he covered it with pure gold within and without, and made for it a crown of gold round about. And he cast for it four golden rings upon its four corners; two rings upon one side of it, and two rings upon its second side. And he made the staves of it of sitta wood, and covered them with gold, and put the staves into the rings upon the sides of the ark, to carry the ark.
And he made the MERCY SEAT of pure gold; two cubits and a half the length, and a cubit and half its breadth; but its thickness was a span. And be made two kerubin of pure gold, beaten made be them, on the two sides of the mercy seat. One keruba on this side, and one keruba on that side, of beaten work; and the kerubin were face to face. They were not separated from the mercy seat; but by the wisdom of the Spirit of prophecy, he made the kerubin on its two sides. And the kerubaia spread forth their wings, with their heads upward, overshadowing the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces were toward each other, over against the mercy seat were the faces of the kerubaia.
And he made the TABLE of sitta wood, two cubits its length, and a cubit its breadth, and a cubit and half its height. And he covered it with pure gold, and made for it a golden crown round about. And he made a border for it, its height a span round about. [JERUSALEM. A border, a span around, and he made a coronal of gold for the surrounding border.] And he made a crown of gold for the border round about. And he cast for it four golden rings, and set the rings upon the four corners of its four feet. Over against the border were the rings, the place for the staves in carrying the table. And he made the staves of sitta wood, and covered them with gold, for carrying the table. And he made the vessels to be upon the table, its dishes, and its bowls, and its measures, and its cups for the lavings of pure gold.
And he made the CANDELABRUM of pure gold, beaten made he the candelabrum; its base and its shaft, its cups, its apples, and its lilies were of the same. And six branches came forth from its sides; three branches of the candelabrum on one side, and three branches of the candelabrum on the second side. Three embossed cups with their figurations on one branch, with the apple and lily, and three embossed cups with their figurations on the other branch, with the apple and lily; so the six branches which proceeded from the candelabrum. And upon the candelabrum, four embossed cups with their figurations of apples and lilies. And an apple (was) under two branches of the same, and an apple under two branches of the same, and an apple under two branches of the same, for the six branches that proceeded from it. Their apples and their branches were of the same, all of it one beaten work of pure gold: of a talent of pure gold made he it and all its vessels.
And he made the ALTAR OF SWEET INA.D.NSE of sitta wood, a cubit its length, and a cubit its breadth, foursquare, and two cubits was its height; its two upright horns were of the same. And he overlaid it with pure gold, its top and its sides round about, and its horns; and he made for it a golden crown round about. And two golden rings he made for it under its crown, at its two corners, upon its two sides, to be the place of the staves by which to carry it. And the staves be made of sitta wood, and overlaid them with gold. And he made the sacred oil of anointing, and the pure sweet incense, the work of the perfumer.
Chapter 38 And he made the ALTAR OF BURNT OFFERING of Sitta wood; five cubits its length, and five cubits its breadth, four‑square, and three cubits its height. And he made horns upon its four corners; of the same were its horns stretching upward; and he covered it with brass. And he made all the vessels of the altar; the pots, and the cleaners, and the basins, and the fleshhooks, and the pans, all its vessels made he of brass. And he made the grate of the altar, of brasen network under the border beneath, reaching to the middle of it, to receive the cinders and bones that fell from the altar. And he cast four rings, for the four corners of the grate, of brass, (to be) places for the staves. And he made the staves of sitta wood, and coated them with brass. And he put the staves into the rings, upon the sides of the altar, to carry it by them: hollow with boards, and filled with earth made he it.
And he made the brasen Laver, and its foundation of brass, from the brasen mirrors of the pious women, who, at the season, came to pray at the door of the tabernacle of appointment, standing with their oblations, giving thanks and confession, and returning to their husbands, the mothers of righteous children, who had been purified from the uncleanness of their blood. [JERUSALEM.
